Desert Peaks Health Care provides telemedicine visits for established patients. Telemedicine is not appropriate for all visits. The following list includes conditions that may be reasonable for a telemedicine visit:
- Medication management
- Anxiety and depression
- Minor urgent care
- Allergies
- Sinus infections
- Urinary tract infections
- Diabetes management
- Review of abnormal test results
- Cold and flu symptoms
- Sore throat
- Diarrhea and vomiting
To have a telemedicine visit, patients must:
- Be physically in Oregon when the visit occurs
- Have a computer/smartphone with camera and microphone that will be used during the visit
